Digital Performance Manager 


Location: Camden (Hybrid – 2 days from home, 3 in the office)
Reporting to: Head of Ecommerce

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Performance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube, with a strong understanding of SEO best practices and affiliate marketing. You'll work closely with our ecommerce and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and contribute to the growth of our business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Paid Media Management: Build and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with wider business goals.

• Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-efficient spend and forecasting to drive profitable growth.

• Agency Collaboration & Management: Manage relationships with digital ad, SEO, and affiliate marketing agencies to ensure top performance.

• SEO Strategy: Collaborate with the ecommerce team to ensure SEO best practices are consistently implemented.

• Creative Briefing: Oversee creative strategy for paid channels, working closely with the Brand Marketing Team to brief and optimise creative assets; ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels. 

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal marketing and ecommerce teams to support product launches and other strategic initiatives.

• Growth Projects: Identify opportunities for business growth through innovative paid channel strategies.

• Performance Reporting: Deliver regular performance reports, analysing results and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.(Focusing on key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CAC, and other KPIs, ensuring campaigns meet profitability and growth targets.)


    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Extensive experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.

    • Proven expertise in managing large digital ad budgets.

    • Knowledge of SEO best practices

    • Experience with affiliate marketing and managing agency relationships.

    • Experience with Foshpa is a bonus.

    • Strategic thinker with the ability to devise and implement effective paid media strategies.

    • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

      The Ideal Candidate

      • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

      • Proven track record of optimising campaigns to drive growth, revenue, and improved ROI.

      • Strong budgeting and forecasting skills, with the ability to allocate spend efficiently.

      • A team-oriented individual who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.

      • Experience in fashion, beauty or lifestyle is essential.

              Junior Graphic Designer 

               
              Job Overview:


              We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join the Brand Marketing team at Damson Madder. As Junior Graphic Designer you will play a key part in visually communicating our brand’s commitment to sustainability and style. This is an entry level role, working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and Head of Marketing, to ensure all designs align with our brand’s visual identity and tone.
               

              Key Responsibilities:


              Develop and produce a variety of visual assets for the brand, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, email marketing content, digital ads, and lookbooks.


              Collaborate closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and Head of Marketing to ensure all creative output aligns with the brand’s visual identity and tone of voice.


              Edit and retouch e-commerce and campaign photography for both digital and print use, ensuring high-quality visuals across all platforms.


              Work with the Head of E-commerce/E-commerce Manager to regularly update website images and graphic assets for digital platforms, keeping content fresh and on-brand.


              Organise and maintain a structured library of design files, ensuring all projects are properly archived and easily accessible.


              Strong organisational and time-management skills are essential for meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

                 
                Requirements:


                Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline

                  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.

                   

                  Photo editing and retouching skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality.

                   

                  Video editing skills, primarily CapCut; familiarity with After Effects and Premiere Pro is a strong advantage.

                   

                  Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition, ensuring visually cohesive and impactful designs.

                   

                  Excellent communications skills

                   

                  Basic knowledge of digital and print production processes, enabling effective collaboration and smooth execution across different media platforms.

                   

                  Desire to continue to grow skill set with ongoing education and training
