Denim is best worn often and washed sparingly. The dye only coats the outer fibers of the cotton, so frequent washing causes the color to fade over time. To keep your jeans looking fresh, wash them as little as possible. You can freshen them by freezing for 24 hours to kill bacteria, or spot clean dirty areas.

When washing is necessary, turn jeans inside out and wash on a cool cycle (max 30 degrees) to preserve color. Line dry away from direct sunlight and avoid tumble drying to prevent shrinkage. If your jeans feel stiff after washing, wearing them will allow the fibers to soften and mold to your body.

Although we hope you love what you've purchased, sometimes it doesn't work out. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return the items to us within 28 days of your parcel being delivered, provided that items are in their original condition with tags intact (unless faulty).

Items must be returned in their original unworn condition with the tags attached for a full refund (excluding our shipping costs). Remember to complete the returns form enclosed with your order and include it in your parcel. All swimwear must be returned with the hygiene sticker attached. Any earrings purchased as part of our Damson Madder x frkl. collaboration are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Any items that have been altered through our SOJO tailoring service are strictly non returnable.

Once your return is received at the warehouse, your refund will be processed. All refunds automatically go back to your original method of payment. It can take up to 15 working days to see a refund on your statement. Please note, outbound shipping cost is not included within your return total.

Once your refund has been processed you will receive email notification confirming the receipt of your return. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. This can take up to 15 working days. If it’s gone over this time, then please contact your card provider and they should be able to help!
