Refund policy
Although we hope you love what you've purchased, sometimes it doesn't work out. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return full priced items to us within 28 days of your parcel being delivered & sale products within 14 days of them being delivered, provided that items are in their original condition with tags intact (unless faulty). You can send your order back to us for an exchange, refund or store credit.
Damson Madder now allows exchanges on items purchased online. Exchanges are free for UK, EU* & US customers and you will not be charged for a shipping label.
