Pre-order items

How it works:

• Choose the item you'd like to purchase and check the product description for it's estimated dispatch date.
• Once you've read the information in the product descriptions, complete your purchase as normal and complete your order.
• You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after.
• Once your order is placed, sit back and wait for your order to arrive.
• If you wish to purchase more items alongside your pre-order item, these items will not be dispatched separately and will dispatch all together once your pre-ordered item is in stock. We recommend ordering non-pre order items seperate from pre-order items to avoid unnecessary delays.
• We will keep you updated with any relevant shipping dates with your order and you'll receive an order shipped email as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
• If for any unfortunate reason your pre-ordered item is delayed, we will be in touch as soon as possible to let you know - we will also update the original item's product description too.
