The Role

Damson Madder is looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join their team!

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager. You will be responsible for advising on social media strategies, helping to create and edit content to be posted across different social media platforms. Social media is an industry of constant change and you will be at the front of keeping up with the trends and platform updates with a forward-thinking approach.

What you will do

  • You will be managing all media channels. (Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest).
  • You will be confidently help create and edit footage from content shoots to be posted across all Social Media channels.
  • You will liaise with Damson Madders Social wider team to discuss and plan the brands content calendar and collection drop dates and connecting to social.
  • You will be building and adhering to a content calendar across key social media channels.
  • You will present innovative and creative ideas for Reels/TikToks, stories and posts to drive follower engagement and growth.
  • You will ensure the smooth running of weekly schedules and submit weekly/monthly analytics reports to the team.
  • You will maintain and manage an organised content library with image and video content.


  • Have a strong understanding of the demographic and planning content accordingly.
  • Have a good understanding of audience behaviors on important social media channels and understand how the content we create should react to this.
  • Strong interest and knowledge of fashion, culture, sustainability and lifestyle content.
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.


  • A deep understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube.
  • A keen eye for detail and engaging content.
  • Video editing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects, and against tight deadlines.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a professional social media role environment.
  • Prior experience managing larger social media accounts.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • A proactive approach and are able to work independently to solve problems.
  • Must be London based.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and efficient graphic designer who can create engaging and conceptual imagery with existing photoshoot content. The ideal candidate would have experience with creating graphics for social media platforms, E-Commerce & newsletter formatting.

The graphic designer will be working with the social media and E-Commerce team to create content that spreads over a variety of themes and identities. Taking direction from written or spoken ideas and converting them into different concepts, understanding brand aesthetics and typefaces.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project.

What you will do

  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategise with the ecommerce manager, creative director and social manager for a wide range of materials that may include web content, pdfs/lookbooks, retouching, events content e.g posters/invites, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Have experience or willing to learn how to input newsletter designs into a Klaviyo format.
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
  • Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
  • Uploading all images and graphics to shared drives weekly
  • Uploading web size edited images to appropriate Shopify product pages (can be taught)
  • Editing photoshoot campaigns and E-Commerce images
      • Retouching
      • Resizing for web
      • Fun and creative edits for campaigns and daily content


  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline
  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
  • Experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, after effects, premiere pro.
  • Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organisational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment


  • Ideally 3+ years in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
  • Proficiency with photo-editing and video editing software
  • Desire to continue to grow skill set with ongoing education and training
