About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Performance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube, with a strong understanding of SEO best practices and affiliate marketing. You'll work closely with our ecommerce and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Paid Media Management: Build and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with wider business goals.
• Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-efficient spend and forecasting to drive profitable growth.
• Agency Collaboration & Management: Manage relationships with digital ad, SEO, and affiliate marketing agencies to ensure top performance.
• SEO Strategy: Collaborate with the ecommerce team to ensure SEO best practices are consistently implemented.
• Creative Briefing: Oversee creative strategy for paid channels, working closely with the Brand Marketing Team to brief and optimise creative assets; ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal marketing and ecommerce teams to support product launches and other strategic initiatives.
• Growth Projects: Identify opportunities for business growth through innovative paid channel strategies.
• Performance Reporting: Deliver regular performance reports, analysing results and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.(Focusing on key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CAC, and other KPIs, ensuring campaigns meet profitability and growth targets.)
Qualifications & Skills:
• Extensive experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Proven expertise in managing large digital ad budgets.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Experience with affiliate marketing and managing agency relationships.
• Experience with Foshpa is a bonus.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to devise and implement effective paid media strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
The Ideal Candidate
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of optimising campaigns to drive growth, revenue, and improved ROI.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting skills, with the ability to allocate spend efficiently.
• A team-oriented individual who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in fashion, beauty or lifestyle is essential.

Marketing Manager

About the Role:
After a year of phenomenal growth in the UK and US, we are seeking a creative, strategic, and driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand marketing and experience managing 360 marketing campaigns, collaborations and events. Working alongside the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and project managing campaigns and events to increase brand awareness and equity, drive customer engagement, and support sales objectives across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign management:
• Support Head of Marketing to develop and implement annual and seasonal marketing strategy for the brand.
• Project management of seasonal and promotional campaigns and activations, from concept to execution; including pop-ups, launch events, collaborations and brand marketing campaigns.
• Cross-functional management of internal teams (e-comm, design & buying, wholesale, e-commerce) and external partners (agencies, influencers) to ensure campaign success.
• Work with wholesale partners to devise and implement marketing initiatives and activations to support sales and awareness through key wholesale accounts globally.
• Track campaign performance and lead on campaign wash-up reports for key stakeholders, implementing learnings for future projects.
Channel management and asset creation:
• Work closely with ecommerce, digital marketing, social media, creative and graphic design teams to brief assets and rollout product and campaign launches across all owned and earned marketing channels - briefing and scheduling brand newsletters, briefing content and creative for paid ads, and working on organic social content in line with brand and campaign creative and messaging.
• Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice across all marketing materials and channels.
• Work closely with the e-commerce team to ensure all marketing comms align with online sales.
Community & Influencer Strategy:
• Work with Head of Marketing, Marketing Assistant and external PR agencies to develop and implement annual and seasonal influencer strategies for both organic gifting and paid talent partnerships
• Building our brand network and nurturing our community through strong and consistent relationships with established partners and building our brand network, working closely with inhouse and external teams to build talent lists and maintain relationships.
Agency Management:
• Supporting Head of Marketing with day-to-day management of US and UK PR agencies; ensuring they are briefed on upcoming launches and activations, and working closely with Marketing Assistant to ensure smooth asset delivery and reporting for all launches.
Market Research and Planning:
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, consumer preferences, and competitive activity.
• Stay up to date with fashion industry trends, emerging digital marketing techniques, and consumer behavior.
Team Leadership:
• Line management of Marketing Assistant, providing day-to-day support and tools for the ongoing development of our in house talent.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Management, or a related field is a bonus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in fashion or broader lifestyle retail.
• Proven experience project managing brand marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations and events.
• Understanding of and proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms and strategy, and email marketing tools (Klaviyo).
• Experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
The Ideal Candidate
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience writing compelling copy to service all marketing channels is essential
• Highly creative with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative brand marketing concepts.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Denim Designer

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Denim Designer to join the Damson Madder Design team. This role focuses on designing multiproduct denim across our range. A technical understanding and passion for all things denim is key, as well as keeping in line with current trends. Alongside designing denim there is potential to design Outerwear or another category within the brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Developing an innovative and commercial range of denim to meet business requirements and propel the denim offering of the brand
• Designing products which exceed the customers’ expectations of the brand, whilst remaining commercial in approach.
• An ability to demonstrate an understanding of production capabilities and techniques in order to successfully facilitate design execution.
• Working collaboratively with the Creative Director to design the denim range
• Designing products with an awareness of product technicalities, price architecture, margins and factory capabilities.
• Working closely with the wider design team on trends, colour palettes and creative vision
• Working with the buying team to define the collections and to produce them to reflect the concept whilst ensuring commerciality.
• Working with the Senior buyer with exceptional sourcing skills across all needs of your product.
• Working with the technical department fitting samples to production.
• Keeping abreast of current season sales and create fast-react product in season to meet demands.
• Working collaboratively with the wider design team.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Denim Designer.
• Experience in Outerwear would be beneficial but not essential.
• Detailed orientated from concept stage through to specs and final designs.
• CAD and tech pack proficiency.
• Strong technical knowledge of washes, construction, fabric and fit.
• Proven track record of delivering in season product.
• Proven ability of managing internal relationships and communications.
• Proven track record of fitting garments to a high commercial standard.
• Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to identify new opportunities with exceptional communication and presentation skills at all levels.
• Experience working with a global supply base across key vendors and mills.
• Confident communicator and very well organised.
• Awareness of sustainability and driving this within the business; sourcing innovative fabrics and trims through to designing for longevity.
• Passion and enthusiasm for the brand with vision to support the design team to push the brand forward
