      About the role: 

      We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team.  This role will creatively execute and evolve our global social presence, with a primary focus on TikTok as well as working on the development of new opportunity channels. Reporting into the Social Creative Lead — who sets the overarching vision — this role is responsible for bringing that vision to life through innovative, elevated, and platform-native content, while driving measurable growth through channel-specific strategies.

      This role is creatively led, but performance-minded; ideal for someone who understands how to build momentum on priority platforms while thoughtfully developing emerging channels from the ground up.

       

      Key responsibilities:

      • Content Creation & Creative Execution

      • Execute elevated, on-brand content across all social platforms, with TikTok as the focus channel

      • Translate the Social Creative Lead’s vision into compelling, culturally relevant, and platform-native content

      • Concept, produce, edit, and publish both stills and video content optimized for performance and brand storytelling across both organic and paid social channels

      • Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual identity while pushing creative boundaries

      • Stay deeply connected to social, fashion, and cultural trends and apply them with intention

       

      Channel management

      • Own the overarching content strategy and performance KPIs for TikTok

      • Working with Social Creative Assistant to implement and execute new content franchises, posting strategies and growth KPIs for TikTok

      • Responsible for writing captions and posting grid and stories daily on Instagram 

      • Story asset creation

      • Owning strategy and execution for new and opportunity channels including L Linked In, You Tube, Substack

      • Develop and execute tactical growth strategies to drive reach, engagement, and follower growth

      • Test new formats, storytelling approaches, and content series tailored to the platform

      • Monitor performance against KPIs and optimize content based on insights and learnings

      Strategy, analytics & optimisation

      • Partner with the Social Creative Lead to evolve social strategy through performance insights

      • Track, analyse, and report on channel performance, translating data into actionable creative improvement

      • Balance experimentation with performance across established and emerging channels

      • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, marketing, PR, and e-commerce teams to support launches and campaigns

      Community & Cultural Relevance

      • Work with Marketing Coordinator and Head of Marketing to build and nurture a global community through thoughtful, brand-aligned partner content

      • Support creator, influencer, and UGC initiatives from inception to execution; focusing on optimising paid partnerships for social engagement and wider brand objectives

      • Work closely with Social Creative Lead and Social Creative Assistant to suggest and select bespoke content partnerships for social content - with a specific focus on broadening paid partnerships and commissioned ad content with TikTok creators

       

      Key skills:

      • 3–5+ years of experience managing social media for a fashion, lifestyle, or culturally driven brand

      • Deep expertise in TikTok — formats, trends, algorithms, and storytelling

      • Proficiency in capcut or other video editing software, canva, some proficiency in lightroom, photoshop.

      • Strong creative instincts with the ability to execute elevated content at speed

      • Experience developing growth strategies and working toward channel-specific KPIs

      • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into creative action

      • Experience helping launch or develop new channels or platforms

      • Strong writing and editorial instincts (Substack or newsletter experience a plus)

      • Exceptional video editing and production skills

      • Experience working with global audiences

      PR & Talent Manager

      About the role: 

      We are looking for an experienced, creative and connected PR & Talent Manager to join our expanding team.  This role will report into the Head of Marketing and work to shape and scale our long-term global PR strategy, including agency management of 3 external teams in the UK, USA and France, as well as working on the development of new opportunity markets.  As the brand grows, this role will also be integral in delivering disruptive and industry-leading talent partnerships to support 360 campaign moments, and story-led social content franchises; as well as driving ongoing paid partnerships to drive product storytelling and commercial objectives across paid channels.


      The ideal candidate has significant experience in traditional PR, influencer & talent marketing; either agency or inhouse, with proven experience of building authentic and lasting brand communities, delivering best-in-class talent partnerships and with an extensive network of contacts across the full industry landscape including editors, stylists, agents, influencers, KOLs and VIPs.

       

      Key responsibilities:

      PR 

      • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to shape our long term global PR strategy across core and opportunity markets - working synergistically with our external agencies to achieve territory specific and brand-wide PR and comms objectives across both B2B and D2C

      • Management of Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Assistant on the day-to-day running of the PR function and external agency management.  Ensuring consistent workflows to service 3rd party agencies with seasonal assets, press releases, gifting lookbooks and ongoing updates on brand messaging focuses and commercial priorities

      • Working to maximise brand campaign, partnership and wholesale moments through traditional PR and innovative media-partnerships

      • Drive visibility and relevance globally, overseeing and driving VIP and celebrity dressing opportunities with brand aligned and culturally relevant talent.

      • Maintain consistency in brand voice and identity whilst growing awareness globally, scaling to new markets, and elevating brand positioning and equity.

       

      Influencer and Talent Partnerships

      • Work with Head of Marketing and Marketing Coordinator to re-define, grow and nurture a global community of brand-aligned, culturally relevant and disruptive talent and KOLs through organic seeding and paid partnerships.

      • Lead the team on delivering creator, influencer, and UGC initiatives from inception to execution; focusing on optimizing paid partnerships for social engagement, talkability and cultural relevance

      • Work closely with Social Creative Lead to build a roster of first-to-market content partnerships for new and exciting social content franchises - specifically focused on disruptive brand storytelling driving reach, talkability and engagement across Instagram and TikTok

      • Manage the team to service earned channels with always-on UGC and commissioned creator content; ensuring earned channels reflect our brand identity, positioning and ethos, while meeting commercial and revenue objectives.

      • Work with Head of Marketing and Creative Director on casting for bigger brand moments, including potentially working on bigger ‘Face’ led campaigns

       

      Gifting & Community Strategy

      • Managing the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Assistant to maximise gifting and seeding efforts across both brand and commercial objectives.

      • Maintain and defend our existing brand community through effective and ongoing community management, as well as growing our community across core and opportunity markets to maximise our global reach and positioning objectives

      • Oversee weekly outreach and implement new strategies to optimise coverage, and support strategic brand or product led moments

      • Expand gifting efforts across TikTok and other growth opportunity channels 

      • Work with the team to concept and deliver community led events and content franchises to articulate the ‘Damson Girl’ to our global audiences in disruptive and innovative new ways.

      • Lead the team to become connected and ‘external-facing’, building the brand and the team's profile in industry and driving B2B connections to aid in community growth and brand visibility.


      Key skills:

      • Minimum 5 years of experience in PR & Talent management for a fashion, lifestyle, or culturally driven brand or agency

      • Established and extensive roster of industry contacts across the full industry landscape including editors, stylists, agents, influencers, KOLs and VIPs.

      • First-to-market mindset with deep understanding of the industry and cultural zeitgeist, and a flair for creator led, innovative brand-storytelling.

      • Entrepreneurial spirit and out-the-box thinking, thrives working collaboratively with a creative team.

      • Extensive and proven experience building brand community through traditional PR, talent partnerships and events; with a 360 approach to community marketing 

      • Passionate about cultural brand marketing and adept at utilising that passion to drive cultural credibility

      Garment Technologist 


      Permanent, Full Time

      Hybrid - Tues/Weds/Thurs (Office), Mon/Fri (WFH)


      About the role: 

      We're looking for a candidate to support the Product Technical Manager with the fitting and quality of the Damson Madder product across denim and woven bottoms. This role will report into the Product Technical Manager.

       

       

      Key responsibilities:

      The role manages garment and accessories fitting through all stages of style development from prototype to bulk production. This entails: 

      • Checking design instructions before they are sent to suppliers to ensure good fit and finish of proto styles. 

      • Managing fit sessions to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently. 

      • Creating specs from 1st fit and keeping accurate measurements up to date until sealer. 

      • Ensuring garment fit, construction and finish meets Damson Madder standards at every stage. 

      • Checking and confirming grading is correct before approving for production. Amending grading where needed for the style. 

      • Approving Gold Seal samples for shipment. 

       

      Along with the above the garment tech will also work with the Technical Manager to continually improve the quality of the product in a variety of ways including: 

      • Working with 3rd party QC’s

      • Supporting buying on commercial decisions in terms of quality and fit 

      • Pushing back on factories when quality is not up to standard

      • Comp shopping to keep track of new finishes and competitors fit

      • Running projects to look at quality, fit, finish and fabrics

      • Attending fit reviews to improve our understanding of the fit

      • Working collaboratively with the fabric tech to highlight any concerns that have arisen during the fitting process 

      • Amending construction when advised by the fabric tech to stop faults in production. 

      • Visiting factories and suppliers to improve communication, relationships and products.


      Key skills:

      • Technical knowledge of garment construction. 

      • Strong understanding of fabric and trims particularly in relation to Denim washes, fit and make. 

      • Understanding of pattern making and pattern cutting

      • Organisation and time management 

      • Attention to detail and strong communication skills, both verbally and written

      • Ability to work with multiple areas of the business

      Junior Digital Designer

      About the role: 

      The entry-level digital Junior role is responsible for creating, updating, and adapting digital marketing assets across multiple channels, including paid media, email, and web, ensuring all creative is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time to support BAU activity, seasonal campaigns, and wider marketing activations. The role focuses on the day-to-day production of digital assets, while supporting the Senior Designer and Graphic Designer, Head of Digital, CRM, and wider creative team in maintaining brand standards, consistency, and high-quality output across all channels.

       

       

      Key responsibilities:

       

      • Responsible for creating, updating, and adapting digital marketing assets across paid media, CRM/email, and web.

      • Support the Graphic Designer in delivering BAU creative across all marketing channels by taking briefs, producing required artwork and digital production assets.

      • Report to the Senior Designer for review and approval of all creative outputs, ensuring work is accurate, on-brand, and meets the required brief and quality standards.

      • Work closely with CRM, Head of Digital, and Ecommerce teams to ensure all required assets are delivered to specification and in line with channel requirements.

      • Assist with basic image editing, including cropping, resizing, layout adjustments, and simple retouching as part of day-to-day production work.

      • Maintain brand standards and ensure all work meets brand guidelines and follows agreed design direction.

      • Manage multiple production briefs, ensuring work is well organised, correctly filed, and maintained within agreed workflows and asset management processes.

       


      Qualities & behaviour traits to aid performance:

      • Strong willingness to learn and develop design skills through ongoing training, feedback, and hands-on experience.

      • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a strong appreciation of visual consistency and brand standards.

      Qualifications, skills & knowledge:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

      • Entry-level role, ideally with at least 1 year of experience in digital or graphic design within an in-house brand or creative/marketing agency environment.

      • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.

      • Portfolio demonstrating creative ability and experience in digital and/or graphic design work.

      • Good understanding of layout, composition, and adapting creative across different formats and channels.

      • Basic experience with photo editing and familiarity with video editing software is desirable.

      We're looking for a Responsibility Assistant to join our Responsibility and Compliance Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting Damson Madder's Responsibility initiatives across all product categories. You'll help ensure our products meet the brand's high standards while supporting the delivery of our environmental and social responsibility goals.

      You'll join a collaborative and passionate team where your ideas and contributions will make a meaningful impact.

       

       

      Key responsibilities:

      • Support the delivery of the brand's responsibility roadmap to help achieve environmental, social, and responsible sourcing objectives.

      • Coordinate the collection, analysis, and reporting of responsibility-related data, including seasonal fibre composition and carbon footprint data, to support internal targets and annual sustainability reporting.

      • Manage certification records, including GOTS, GRS, FSC, and other relevant standards, ensuring supplier certifications and supporting documentation remain valid and up to date for internal systems and wholesale partners.

      • Support supplier engagement and documentation processes to improve transparency and traceability across the supply chain.

      • Take ownership of trim research, development, and mapping, working alongside the Fabric & Responsibility Technologist to identify and implement more responsible trim solutions.

      • Assist with wider sustainability projects, initiatives, and reporting requirements as the business continues to evolve.

       


      Qualifications, skills & knowledge:

      • Degree-level qualification in Fashion, Textiles, Sustainability, or a related subject.

      • Strong interest in sustainability, responsible sourcing, ethical trade, and environmental responsibility within the fashion industry.

      • Up-to-date knowledge of sustainability news, legislation, and industry developments.

      • Understanding of sustainability certifications and standards such as GOTS, GRS, FSC, and supply chain traceability principles.

      • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage data accurately and maintain progress against project timelines and internal roadmaps.

      • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

      • Ability to take ownership of projects and drive continuous improvement.

      • Previous experience or internships within fashion, textiles, sustainability, sourcing, compliance, or a related field would be advantageous.
