Wholesale Manager (Maternity Cover)

Location: Camden, London

We are seeking a Wholesale Manager to join us on a fixed-term contract for a 12-14 month period covering maternity leave starting ideally from mid-November 2024.

You will be an individual who is inspired by working at Damson Madder and demonstrates an understanding of our market positioning.

SKILLS

• Ability to manage own time productively

• 3+ years working in a similar wholesale role 

• Excellent people skills and good at relationship building  

• In depth knowledge of the international retail landscape 

• An analytical mindset – comfortable evaluating and reporting sales figures 

• Confident using computer systems, particularly Microsoft and Google Drive.

• Previous experience using Joor and Zedonk is preferred but not essential

• Capable of presenting new collections clearly and confidently to buyers

• Flexibility to travel internationally 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Building and maintaining good working relationships with wholesale partners

• Working alongside buying and production teams to facilitate a streamlined wholesale service from start to finish

• Reporting seasonal updates to senior management 

• Accurate data input into order raising systems

• Constantly seeking future opportunities for business opportunities 

• Representing Damson Madder at international trade shows and showcasing latest collections

• Organising and attending market appointments 

• Frequent communication with our international wholesale agents and supporting their requests
