        Camden, London 

         

        Role Summary
        We are looking for a Logistics Co-ordinator to join our exciting sustainable clothing and accessories brand, Damson Madder. The Logistics Co-ordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational liaison with our 3PL partner. Monitoring inventory levels, support on inbound shipment intake from factories, ensure accurate data within our systems (ERP/WMS), and troubleshoot any delivery issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and time management skills, at least two years experience in logistics/warehouse/operations.

         

        Duties

        • 3PL Liaison: Daily communication with 3PL warehouse, supporting to ensure smooth operations, including goods-in, D2C ecom pick, pack, dispatch. Updating shared google sheets to provide live inbound shipment data for both internal teams and the DC
        Inventory Control: Monitor inventory accuracy, reconciliations, and stock adjustments, ensuring data accuracy across all systems for both e-commerce and wholesale channels
        Data Entry & Administration: Maintain accurate digital records of stock movements, intake pre-advice data and discrepancies, and shipping documentation. Investigate and escalate any overages/shortages from warehouse deliveries and adjusting systems accordingly. Updating product information such as weight, fabric composition and HTS codes within he system.
        Consumables: Work with 3PL DC to manage and order required packaging materials, maintaining ample packaging materials both day to day and covering peak period uplifts.
        System Integration: Assist in data flow between the brand's ecommerce site (Shopify), the 3PL's warehouse software and ERP


         
        Requirements

        • Minimum 2 years experience in e-commerce, fashion or retail logistics
        Familiarity with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems, ideally have experience working with 3PL partners
        A good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets is essential, ability using lookups and pivot tables
        Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise
        Attention to detail when reviewing paperwork, data entry, and various reports
        Excellent ability to communicate with 3PL partners, courier companies and internal teams
        Good problem solver and use of own initiative
