After you place your online order you have 15 minutes to edit your order. To do this please visit your order confirmation email which contains a link to edit your order.

These edits include:

• Updating your shipping address

• Updating your contact information

• Changing the size of your item

• Adding a different item to your cart

• Removing an item

• Cancelling your order

• Applying a discount code

Damson Madder covers any and all duties & tariff charges for US orders. Where applicable, local taxes will now be charged at checkout. Shipping will resume as normal with no hidden costs, regardless of the country of origin of our products.

Delivery FAQ's

When are orders processed?

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. We aim to fulfill all orders within 2 working days (not including the day the order was placed).

Please be advised that all delivery services provided are an estimate from when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Can I place an order to my hotel, Airbnb, PO Box or military address?

Placing orders to short-term or temporary addresses (e.g. hotels, hostels, or Airbnb accommodations) is not advisable. Deliveries to these locations can be difficult and may result in delays, misplacement, or returns to sender.

Where do Next Day Delivery services not ship to?

Next Day Delivery does not cover the following postal areas and will extend to a 1-3 day service:

How does InPost work?

InPost is a parcel collection service. If you choose this option at checkout, you have the ability to select a local pick up point to have your parcel directed to. InPost will automatically select the closest locker dependant on the address you have entered at checkout. For more information on locker locations visit https://inpost.co.uk/.

Please Note: Damson Madder only uses InPost to send parcels to designated collection points. We cannot ship directly to a parcel store address, and any changes to delivery must be done by the customer through the designated parcel service.
