Exchanges are free for all orders from the European Union.

REST OF WORLD (Including European countries not in the EU):

Please follow the instructions on the returns portal. Please ensure all returned packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provides you with proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please keep this safe until your refund has been processed. International customers will also be required to pay for postage including any duties/taxes to return items back to us and will need to contact your local postal services to make these arrangements.
