There is a place in sustainable fashion for good quality recycled synthetic garments. These garments have longevity in the strength of their fibres so are great for washing and wearing for years without losing the original quality. They don't crease or shrink easily, making them a good wardrobe staple.
Washing synthetic fabrics at 30 degrees should be enough to remove everyday dirt and stains. When synthetic garments are washed microfibres are shed which enter the water system, synthetic wash bags can be used to catch these fibres making recycled synthetic fabrics even more sustainable.

Although we hope you love what you've purchased, sometimes it doesn't work out. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return the items to us within 28 days of your parcel being delivered, provided that items are in their original condition with tags intact (unless faulty).

Items must be returned in their original unworn condition with the tags attached for a full refund (excluding our shipping costs). Remember to complete the returns form enclosed with your order and include it in your parcel. All swimwear must be returned with the hygiene sticker attached. Any earrings purchased as part of our Damson Madder x frkl. collaboration are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Once your return is received at the warehouse, your refund will be processed. All refunds automatically go back to your original method of payment. It can take up to 15 working days to see a refund on your statement. Please note, outbound shipping cost is not included within your return total.

Once your refund has been processed you will receive email notification confirming the receipt of your return. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. This can take up to 15 working days. If it’s gone over this time, then please contact your card provider and they should be able to help!
