There is a place in sustainable fashion for good quality recycled synthetic garments. These garments have longevity in the strength of their fibres so are great for washing and wearing for years without losing the original quality. They don't crease or shrink easily, making them a good wardrobe staple. Washing synthetic fabrics at 30 degrees should be enough to remove everyday dirt and stains. When synthetic garments are washed microfibres are shed which enter the water system, synthetic wash bags can be used to catch these fibres making recycled synthetic fabrics even more sustainable.
