        Job Title: Ecommerce Executive

        Location: Camden (Hybrid – 2 days from home, 3 in the office)

        Reporting to: Head of Ecommerce

        Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

        About the Role:

        We're looking for a smart, proactive Ecom & Email Marketing Executive to support our Head of Ecommerce & Senior Ecom Coordinator across key digital growth channels. This is a hands-on role that will touch all areas of our ecommerce operation (from managing our email marketing calendar and building product pages, to supporting customer journeys and assisting with on-site merchandising.)


        Key Responsibilities:

        Website Optimisation & Merchandising:

        - Regularly crawl the website to identify and resolve bugs, ensuring a seamless user experience.

        - Ensure all products are optimised, well-merchandised, and correctly categorised for visibility and conversion.

        - Update and maintain product pages, ensuring accurate descriptions, imagery, and pricing.

        - Check product pages to ensure "Shop the Look" features are correctly updated and aligned with marketing campaigns.

        - Work with the content team to keep homepage, collection pages, and promotional banners fresh and relevant.

        - Create relevant and tailored landing pages for newsletters, paid ads & seasonal events (e.g valentines, gift guides etc)

        - Ensure all website imagery is regularly updated

        - Ensuring “Coming Soon” product is tagged and visible on the site

        - Monitor customer journeys and flag opportunities to improve UX and conversion


        SEO & Performance Improvements:

        - Implement SEO improvements as recommended by our SEO agency to enhance organic search rankings.

        - Conduct regular checks to ensure meta titles, descriptions, and alt text are optimised for search engines.

        - Assist in monitoring website performance and conversion rates, identifying opportunities for improvement.

        - Pull performance reports and contribute insights on key metrics (email, product, site)


        Operations & eCommerce Support:

        - Owning the upload and management of new products, ensuring all necessary information is accurate, engaging and ready prior to launch.

        - Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure product launches and campaigns are effectively executed online.

        - Assist in analysing customer behaviour and website performance to provide insights for optimisations.


        Market Research:

        - Conduct regular competitor analysis feeding back on new features, promotional activity and any brand roll outs.


        Project Tracking:

        - Regularly update “Monday” with outstanding projects & tasks progress.

        - Keep other departments up to date with any collaborative projects


        Email Marketing:

        - Support the execution of weekly email newsletters, from content planning and copy to testing and reporting


        We’re Looking For:

        - 2+ years in e-commerce retail, preferably fashion.

        - Familiarity with Shopify & Klaviyo or other e-commerce platforms.

        - Highly analytical and proficient with reporting.

        - Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

        - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

        - Basic knowledge of SEO and online merchandising.

        - A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude.

        - Copywriting skills are preferred but not essential 

        - A proven track record of driving online sales and achieving revenue targets.
