SHIPPING & DELIVERY
UK
We send all UK orders with Evri 48h delivery and also offer Evri next day delivery.* Please note that Evri 48h delivery can sometimes take 2-4 days to be delivered)
INTERNATIONAL
All international orders are sent with FedEx on a 1-5 day service - please note, this does not include customs delays or any other delays that are out of our control.
*Next Day Delivery is not 100% guaranteed and we cannot be held accountable for late deliveries that are outside of our control. Orders must be place before 2pm GMT.
Orders are generally dispatched within 1 working day. You will receive an order dispatched email that will notify you when your item is on the way.
Your order will be sent to the address that is on your order. Please make sure that this address is complete with a house number, street and post code and that it is the correct delivery address.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number included - please use this to track your parcel. Alternatively, you can log into your account and track your parcel this way.

We currently cover all duties & fees on EU orders under £150. We don't cover other international duties and fees just yet.
