Cotton thrives when washed at cool temperatures, ideally up to 30 degrees, which refreshes your garments while being kind to the environment. Higher temperatures may cause shrinkage, so a gentler approach preserves the fabric's quality.

If cotton feels stiff after washing, simply wearing it will soften the fibres and allow them to mould to your body. For tough stains, pre-soak in a 50% water and 50% vinegar solution for a natural, chemical-free clean. Alternatively, use a mild stain remover, always testing it on a discreet area first.
