We’ve taken the time to refine and perfect the fit of our iconic Liu raincoat. This has been thoughtfully re-sized down one size, but still with an intentionally oversized fit, allowing for effortless layering while maintaining its flattering shape. We recommend purchasing your usual size for a relaxed, oversized silhouette, or sizing down if you prefer a more fitted look.
Crafted from recycled fabric in a custom navy check, the Liu offers a flattering silhouette with adjustable waist ties and cuffed balloon style sleeves. Elevated by our signature embroidered DM logo on the chest, an adjustable hood and smartly placed pockets. This piece is refined yet functional, designed to tackle any rainy day in style.

"Loved the details and quality of the jacket -I ordered a 16 ( I am usually a 14- 16 US with a larger hip than waist/upper body - pear shaped) and it was still oversized but looks great - I could have even went for the 14. "Bought this to take on a Norwegian Cruise in July but it is very bulky/heavy folded up so I’ve just been wearing it into work/casually. Goes well with most outfits (dresses, jumpsuits, jeans). Would have preferred a black tartan version rather than navy as it does have the look of a school coat. Have received lots of compliments on it. Sized down but think I could have gotten away with 2 sizes down. The strings are very long when it is ruched and it is quite expensive. Otherwise, happy with my purchase!"

"Really impressed with this jacket. The fabric is really robust and probably the best I’ve own in a raincoat. I did expect it to be so practical with it also being so beautiful. Since the sizing had been changed to make them truer to size I stuck with my usual size but I probably should have gone smaller. I am however short and curvy so over sized stuff generally tends to drown me. I love it all the same AND a lady in the service station loos said my outfit was really cool the first time I wore it"
Love it…but one little flaw…
"Had my eye on this jacket for a while and am delighted to have it in my wardrobe - had so many compliments and only worn it a couple of times! Fits great (I’m UK 10/12 and purchased a 10) and looks amazing!! The only thing that I really do dislike about it is that the cuffs really hurt around my wrists…not because they’re tight - it’s that the fabric is stiff and as it’s gathered with elastic, it becomes really pointy and digs into my wrists. I’m still figuring out what I can do to help with this but it does mean that I’ll only wear it with certain tips now as it’s so uncomfortable. Perhaps a softer lining material on the inside of the cuff area might help with this…just a suggestion. But it looks brilliant!!"
