Returns

Although we hope you love what you've purchased, sometimes it doesn't work out. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return the items to us within 28 days of your parcel being delivered, provided that items are in their original condition with tags intact (unless faulty).

Submit a return:

Extended returns: anything purchased between 19th November - 20th December can be returned up to 18th January.

Items must be returned in their original unworn condition with the tags attached for a full refund (excluding our shipping costs). All swimwear must be returned with the hygiene sticker attached. Any items that have been altered through our SOJO tailoring service are strictly non returnable. 

Exchanges

Damson Madder now allows exchanges on items purchased online. Exchanges are free for UK, EU* & US customers and you will not be charged for a shipping label

Please use our return portal as normal and select your reason for returning. You will then be prompted to either exchange your size, or shop our website to exchange for a different item.

Once you have confirmed the item you wish to exchange for, a new order confirmation will be generated for the exchanged item and will require payment details to ensure that we can send your item out immediately. Exchanges are free for UK, EU* & US customers and you will not be charged for a shipping label.

Please see below the exchange timelines for each region to send your original item back otherwise your card will be charged for the exchanged item.

UK: 14 days to return your original item

US: 28 days to return your original item

EU (Nations within the European Union): 14 days days to return your original item

Australia: 28 days to return your original item

ROW: 28 days to return your original item

*Applicable to countries within the European Union only.

Refunds

Once your return is received at the warehouse, your refund will be processed. All refunds automatically go back to your original method of payment. It can take up to 15 working days to see a refund on your statement. Please note, outbound shipping cost is not included within your return total.

Rest Of World
Please follow the instructions on the returns portal.Please ensure all returned packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provides you with proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please keep this safe until your refund has been processed. International customers will also be required to pay for postage including any duties/taxes to return items back to us and will need to contact your local postal services to make these arrangements.

Late Or Missing Returns

Once your refund has been processed you will receive email notification confirming the receipt of your return. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. This can take up to 15 working days. If it’s gone over this time, then please contact your card provider and they should be able to help!
