HOW TO RETURN

 


Although we hope you love what you've purchased, sometimes it doesn't work out. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return the items to us within 28 days of your parcel being delivered, provided that items are in their original condition with tags intact (unless faulty). 

Items must be returned in their original unworn condition with the tags attached for a full refund (excluding our shipping costs). Remember to complete the returns form enclosed with your order and include it in your parcel. All swimwear must be returned with the hygiene sticker attached. Any earrings purchased as part of our Damson Madder x frkl. collaboration are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.


Any items that have been altered through our SOJO tailoring service are strictly non returnable.

Please follow the instructions on the returns portal.


Please ensure all returned packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provides you with proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please keep this safe until your refund has been processed.International customers will also be required to pay for postage including any duties / taxes to return items back to us and will need to contact your local postal services to make these arrangements.

Once your return is received at the warehouse, your refund will be processed. All refunds automatically go back to your original method of payment. It can take up to 15 working days to see a refund on your statement. Please note, outbound shipping cost is not included within your return total.

Once your refund has been processed you will receive email notification confirming the receipt of your return. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. This can take up to 15 working days. If it’s gone over this time, then please contact your card provider and they should be able to help!
