The Pia dress is our bandeau midi dress with a shirred bust, tie up front bow detail and all over pastel stripe design. The skirt of the dress features a tiered design with wave detailing on skirt, waist and ties. This is a multi way dress so can be tied round the neck as a halter or tied as a bow bandeau.

As linen is a natural fabric it stays clean for longer; self regulating to keep the fibres fresh. Spot cleaning and hanging the item in a hot steamy room, for example when taking a shower, will remove creases left from previous wear. When a full clean is essential, 30 degrees will be enough to freshen up your garments. High temperatures can cause linen to be damaged, so it's best to machine wash on a low heat / delicate cycle with a line dry. Linen can easily get distorted when damp so hang on a padded hanger to avoid leaving impression marks at the shoulders.

Linen is a natural fibre and as such can be prone to pilling. This is not a fault with the fabric but instead the nature of the yarns and can be easily fixed. Pills can be removed with a fabric shaver to bring the garment back to its original quality.

Although we hope you love what you've purchased, sometimes it doesn't work out. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return the items to us within 28 days of your parcel being delivered, provided that items are in their original condition with tags intact (unless faulty).

Items must be returned in their original unworn condition with the tags attached for a full refund (excluding our shipping costs). Remember to complete the returns form enclosed with your order and include it in your parcel. All swimwear must be returned with the hygiene sticker attached. Any earrings purchased as part of our Damson Madder x frkl. collaboration are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Any items that have been altered through our SOJO tailoring service are strictly non returnable.

Once your return is received at the warehouse, your refund will be processed. All refunds automatically go back to your original method of payment. It can take up to 15 working days to see a refund on your statement. Please note, outbound shipping cost is not included within your return total.

Once your refund has been processed you will receive email notification confirming the receipt of your return. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. This can take up to 15 working days. If it’s gone over this time, then please contact your card provider and they should be able to help!
