Light, airy, cool

"I bought these in navy and brown and I love them. The weird side pocket is so different to anything else I have and it makes me want to get more DM stuff because of the attention to detail though you do have to double knot it so it doesn't fall off. I'm 5'6 and these are a great slightly cropped length for me. Super light fabric, swishy poplin, like wearing a crisp shirt on your legs. I have a 34/35" waist and the 16 is a perfect fit, and the cut means there is plenty of space for my thighs."

Love, with some caveats.

"I bought these after lusting after them for months and as soon as I received them I wore them to work all day with zero fit complaints! As always, the details are so good with DM! After the first wash (cold water, line dry) the fit was off - tighter waist, puckering in places, and the ties began to fray at the seams. I bought a size up which I have learned to do in DM bottoms for myself (usually a US 6/UK 10, but go for the 12 after needing to wiggle myself into my Rafe pants. Although I’m bummed that they shrank, I do love them. . . I just wish that they didn’t shrink. If you want these to fit low on your waist like the model, I would get 1-2 sizes up."

Lovely Silhouette, Lighter Fabric

"These culottes are a gorgeous, drape-y shape and very flattering. I'm always a size 8 and these fit juuuuust right. I think if I was between 8 and 10 I would size up. I do wish the fabric was a touch heavier. They'll be perfect for the summer, but in the winter they absolutely require tights be worn underneath."
