Although we hope you love what you've purchased, sometimes it doesn't work out. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return the items in store to us from 5th - 8th September. If you cannot make it back in to us, you can still return your order to us within 28 days of your items being purchased, provided that items are in their original condition with tags intact (unless faulty).

Remember to send us a copy of your receipt / your order confirmation email with your order and include it in your parcel. 

 

Please ensure all returned packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provides you with proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please keep this safe until your refund has been processed. You will also be required to pay for postage including any duties / taxes to return items back to us and will need to contact your local postal services to make these arrangements.
