"Sturdy cotton fabric cut cleverly to swing and fall like a proper kilt! Wearing it makes me smile, and though I don't wear skirts often, I persuaded myself that I could make this work year round. It will be fab with tights and boots in the winter, and with trainers when it is warmer. It is only just long enough, just below my kneecaps, but I wear shorts, so I can do this. It works with lots of different tops and jumpers, to look smarter or more casual, so though not my usual colour choice it is a solid and versatile one. Could you maybe do a similar kilt with an inch or 2 more on the length?"
