"I have been obsessed with this coat since it came out but it was always out of stock. I recently moved up to an area that rains loads so when it came back in stock i knew i HAD to have it. Best purchase i’ve made this year! The quality is impeccable and i get loads of compliments on it. I’m a size 20 but i sized down to an 18 and it fits perfectly. 10/10 would buy from D&M again."

"I’ve felt really disappointed with my purchase this time round. Part of your strapline is ‘minimal impact’ but the coat I purchased is made in China suggesting a significant environmental impact? And in general, my most recent experience of using your website, and trying to process a refund, highlighted the extent to which you have become like many other big brands and lost what used to feel like a unique, personal and small shop buying experience"

"I was uncertain about the sizing, based on other reviews, but the 6 was a perfect fit. I'm 5'4, 125 pounds. I cinched in the waist and it looks super cute! It's also much softer feeling than I expected. Not at all noisy or shiny. I also got the overdyed plaid jeans and omg compliments every day. They're thick and comfy, like jeans used to be!"
Very bad customer service, but a very nice coat
"I reached out to Damson by email to receive some help with the sizing, as I’m very short and jackets can often be overwhelming on my small frame. I gave them my height, usual sizes and weight. Unfortunately they gave me the wrong measurements on e-mail which they only corrected after I asked why the measurements on the website differed so much from the ones they gave me. They also said I should size up if I wanted room for layering underneath the coat. I ordered an UK8 because I was afraid that a UK6 would be too small. Furthermore they told me that the size guide on the website was a body measurment chart, but on the website it said that the measurements for the Logan raincoat was a garment measurment chart. The jacket arrived, and it is way too big. I realize that I easily could have ordered a UK6. I also measured the coat once it arrived and the measurements on the website are also wrong across the bust. I guess I’m just disappointed by the help in sizing. The coat itself is really nice. Not your typical raincoat material, instead it is very soft and feels expensive. You can tell it’s really well made. NB! The hood is really small so just be aware of that. Damson also says it’s fully waterproof, but I googled and 2000mm is the bare minimum too be considered waterproof. Most websites say that 2000mm is for only light rain. So I guess it works good for light/moderate rain when going on walks and doing errands in the city. The raincoat is beautiful, but unfortunately I will be sending this one back. I am really disappointed in the sizing help:("
The perfect coat
"Such a fantastic coat! It's practical but super stylish. Either for every day use or even for a smarter occasion. Defo take heed of the sizing down advice, I am a 16/18 and I ended up with a 12! I can comfortably wear a jumper underneath. It's adjustable with the drawstring, just depends on the fit you want. Would defo say the price tag is worth it, clearly very well made as well."
